Noooooooo! Go on! Not possible. C'mon...that's just too Hollywood! That only works on TV and love stories. Ya mean.....something like.....a little salutation from the Chinese on the 2nd....like....hey....we and your gov't are going to pool resources and make all of the little NOTsters happy with a big jump in the sp now that all of the tea leaves are laid out on the table.....er....in the cup. It's not the Chinese New Year is it? Boy I'm going to pay extra special attention to my fortune cookies over the next couple of weeks. :)
