Great post, K. I also noticed the 10% limit reached, and at this very time, this is not immaterial!

Should we add that exercize of options brings quick and fresh cash in the Treasury, with no finder's fees nor commissions nor paperworks. Given that they will only be exercised in-the-money, they may be called 'efficient dilution'! GLTA. BaBe.
