I like your sp range, K. On who first: I think the gov't would want to be first. cause if they follow they will be criticized for coat tailing but, if they go first they get to take credit for initiating what ever follows. Our wait for news may be tied to Noront's waiting for the province to announce and that's tied to election count down strategy. It kinda makes sense maybe.
