Neville & Khareema, you should be disagreeing with me, as Sum copied the opening bit from my post (but you knew that).

You both make excellent points and I may very well off the mark here, but infrastucture will take time to put into place once it is announced and I still think we need something else to make this thing run up to the $6 & $7 levels or higher. This was my point.

Bottom line, I still say we have some significant news coming, besides the infrastructure. Just a hunch maybe, but I base it on educated information at hand. And I think it's safe to say that we'll know soon.
