Hey K....I hear ya....and what you say sounds logical...but then....I've never seen NOT do the logical. NOT hit $7 when there wasn't anything but a drill and bugs up there. So what's the problem now considering CLF and multitudinous companies up there, the Chinese buying in, Gov't saying they are up for it, companies setting up education for the FNS, yada yada yada. How much more proof do they need? What they want is something sexy and infrastructure is just a road to ......... something sexy, like enough Ni or what ever to make your next door neighbour's kid say "wow that's a lot of what ever that is". Here's where you and I will truly differ. I think NOT will move only when "someone" says it's ok to move. It will move when certain entities are ready and not before and I believe it will be orchestrated.

Now this is all simply my impressions and gut feelings based on my experience with NOT in comparision with other moves over the years and the manipulation that I believe to be in affect. We'll all see soon enough I suppose.
