I do not know where that notion comes from. I see no justification for it.

We assume that Boasteel wants about 20% of our company and they have only part of that so why would they protect the sp and thus pay more for the shares that they wish to aquire. How do we know that they not have a party acting for them to aquire some shares for them already on the open market.

I would do so, if in their shoes.

I think of the chinese as very practical, cunning and clever.

They seem not interested in ownership as locking up resource supplies, therefore they use up less money by just partly investing and that investment has a clause - Us before others.

As for our BofD, they have drill info and are sitting on it. That is my story and am sticking to it.
