What of it IF Cliffs places an offer before us say by end of May? Boasteel is going to sit back and watch?

Our BofD won't say a thing to Boasteel?

I say the provision goes out the window, BofD say help out, and the chinese would have to make a decision whether to protect their interest or just cash in.

I do not think that they bought in just to watch. They would make a counter offer and all hell would break loose. With our land hold, aquiring us would make the aquirer the true king of the hill. That aquirer will not be a nobody but someone with power along the line of Boasteel or greater. In makes no difference whether it is Cliffs, Boasteel or some other.
