I couldn't agree more with what Cylinder wrote about incentive bonuses for members of the BOD.

This company should be run like any other company... if you increase share holder value or reach a milestone previously set.... ONLY then do you get an increase in salary or a bonus.

Can anyone out there name all the members of the BOD and their responsibilities...don't think so?? At the last AGM I believe only one or two members beside Wes showed up!!!!

They ALL came from other institutions, if they were of benifeit to those companies why didn't they stay there? .... Or why didn't those companies give them incentives to stay?

It is the old "Peter Principal" ...if you can read between the lines... only you know what floats to the top and it isn't cream.

This BOD is just an "old boys" club that cover each others behinds while taking lucrative salaries and bonuses!

Pardon the rant ..but I'm p...d off
