I like the bidding war between Cliffs and Baosteel to $4+ idea I have in the back of my mind. Very possible, Especialy if we get infrastructure anouncment and all our ROF coordinators and policy makers start releasing details and signings, election promos, etc. The deal isn't final by any means, yet. This could be just a start.
