Yes, just what we need....more gov't employees to slow down the process. No question that an interest like the ROF requires planning but there is no entity slower than gov't. By the time they stoke up the positions with gov't bodies I'll no doubt be back to eating pablum.....but that's only because I'll have run out of money to pay for solid food. :)
