We won't know this until the PM value/Ni value is accounted for in the acquired land. The only value NOT's Cr has is either to bring the price of Cr down for competitive/punitive reasons or to sell to someone who wants control of most of the resource. CLF et al have way more than the world will need for decades to come, so to have deposits of Ni and the iums would be far more valuable.....to my way of thinking.
