If you are confident, that you can turn this into a $4 share before the end of 2014 for a profit (meaning SP above $4.60), or you exchange that for a share now (which would cost you $4.50) without "influencing" the market, then this could be a good deal.

I think, this was NOT a "newbie who made a serious mistake hitting the wrong button", because a couple of weeks ago, warrants were bought for $0.72 if I remember correctly.

One should keep an eye on that action, it might be quite telling !
