Someone just took a chunk of 100 000 NOT WRT 2014 4$ @ $ 0,50 a piece, which is about 50% of the present SP. I would do that (instead of buying the shares) if I was almost certain that Noront SP will go up to a lot more than 5$ in a short time period. Am I correct thinking that way?
