I would also add :why make the SP go higher when probably they are the same people which are buying into the financing that will be needed by the company until the time that the SP will not be held back by events that management cannot control.

This could also be the reason that we have not been upgraded to the TSX and we are languishing on the Venture were rules and regulations are much more relaxed.

In my opinion the jolt to the SP will come from the government participation in the infrastructure's announcement or a hostile bid for the company.
