To all Shareholders and Noront management

Over the past two years I and 31 friends have bought various amounts of shares up to an amount equal to but not past 8 % each making our total share amount as of yesterday an impressive 67.1% of the total share float within our group of individual retail investors. Now for first business, we will want 4 of the Board of Directors to leave and we will be taking control with 4 of our nominated. This can be willing or forced. The (group) is made up of 50% First Nations people and 50% residents of Pickel Lake. The rest of any remaining shareholders and management will have nothing to fear because we will be the first such company to of had this type of buyout happen and our presence will be to work for ALL shareholders and not for special groups. We are looking forward to adding any willing retail to our (group) helping us get to 100% ownership to take Noront to project completion and all profits to go to our pockets and not to the usual inside partners. We have also been granted a 500 million dollar loan from “anonymous trader” to start the project immediately.
