Isn't that a nice way of saying they are manipulating the stock price.

99 in active in many stocks in the same way..... manipulating up and down as they please and in most cases not making any profit from the overall position of these stocks.

I suspect this is some venture stock fund with computerized trading that reflects the investment flow of investors in and out of the fund....JMHO

Unforunately the weight of these trades is significant in itself to move the stock prices regardless of the projects within any individual company.... the dog is waging its tails.
