"Railway is the onlyway!" Amen. I also say that Cliffs smelter needs to be close to the source, not in Thunder Bay or Sudbury. A rail line would make it redundant to place in those cities. There is planty of time ( permits, environmentals, natives & government will force the time ) for them to change.
