Your NOT's,
This time of year it is flush with visitors from Ontario down here in South Florida. In fact there are so many, at the stop light this morning, I counted four blue and white plates, out of a total of eight cars in all. Could it be that they are all Blue Jay fans here to watch spring training? NOT! Earlier this evening I met a gentlemen at the crabshack who was from Oakville and was down to fish.... and get sunburned. He knew quite a bit about the ROF and all it's players, some things that I had not heard about before.
After sharing a few Red Stripes he let me know his brother- in- law works for Ontario Northland and that he was good friends with a chap named Paul Goulet, who is the CEO. After a few more stripers, he devulged that Mr. Goulet had promised the union members a while back that he would make every effort to get the rail project to the ROF, so the concessions they would make would pay off in the long run (wink, wink.) "They'll be the one's that will haul the ore, mark my words." He was quite an enjoyable chap with lots of stories.... I'm grateful to discuss the ROF subject with anyone, so it was good to discuss and let him ramble off a few different facts that were new to me. It could be that Oakville natives by nature are friendly with info.....
The words had hounded me until I got home to do a little digging on the subject and I have also found a video that is about a month old interview of Mr.Goulet. Take a good listen and more importantly watch Mr. Goulet's reaction and mannerism when the subject turns to the ROF at around the 10 minute mark. Link below:

Could it be possible that the provincial government goes this route..... a route using those that have the experience in the North?
Mr Goulet is more than qualified, imo. Anyone else see the possibility/probability?
