Aw rats, I was about to make an offer for that bungalow until I noticed that it is in Detroit.

Valued at 33,000 yankee bucks probably before it was gutted, still a steal for folks down south but not for me even though I live not very far north of that border.

Somewhat similar to Noront. It depends on one's outlook, patience for work and willingness to risk. I'll save that buck for Noront, Thanks LOL.
