Back in the early 70's I worked for Indian Affairs and Northern Dev. in Economic Dev. and the FN have not changed oneiota in the past 40 yrs.IMO.

If we say it is "black",they will say it is "white". If we then say ok,let it be "white",they will reverse and say it is "black". Just to disagree and to remain controversial. Do you get the drift?

Just their way to procrastinate to the nth degree and constantly talk about their treaty rights.

IMO, the Feds. let the FN get away with all this,by pouring billions into the reserves,with little in the way of progress. There are some exceptions,but in general, progress can be measured in tiny steps only.
