If that is correct then the natives are claiming what they do not have a right to. They do not own the land nor the minerals in it. JUst to hunt. For hunting rights, the natives are from 50 to 70 Km away so how much if any is the hunting affected? I would say very little. And they have hunting rights not only in the direction of the Ring but on the whole circumference about their locations. So how hard are they affected?
