Maybe instead of planning a blockade Moonias could spend his time and money coming up with the best way to access the property and present it to NOT/KWG/CLF the Government the other FN's or whoever else he needs to be involved to make him happy. I mean it is thier tradditional lands surely they know it well enough that it would not be that hard. NOT
