Initially it will be released as a e-book. - pdf form. If successful I will publish as a paper edition. It will available on amazon as a paper{soft cover} and on my website. Obviously pdf will be much, much cheaper. It is ridiculous how much publishers want from authors. One might as well not even write a book.

Actually, I would like to throw this out there. What would everyone prefer, a cheaper e-book or a paper edition. {soft cover}
