I don't see any firm commitment from the ontario liberals ----for a lower electricity rate for CLF's (announcement) until after the election---which they will lose ( will not have to worry about it then)--if I have anything to say about it---It will be Hudak (conservatives) and The Harper fed's that will be making the deals with Clf's--for the infurstruture for the North-----I still expect federal infurstucture money coming sometime before the next elections--in ontario --and federal---JMO---happy
