There is just so much more than hydro rates involved in this decision. They are not going to choose a site soley on cheapest hydro. They will though consider sites with competitive hydro rates that offer savings or upside in other important areas, like infrastructures, skilled abundant workforces, low cost transport and yes some might even consider a green initiative or two in their decision process. If Cliffs wants cheap, cheap....sorry wrong country, wrong decision on their part. Lots of opportunity for Noront and its partners in the ROF. If Cliffs doesn't want to be part of it then Noront has the vision to take it on as a Cdn entity.
