Thanks for posting this. I have been expecting a subtle counter punch back at Cliffs from the government. I think this is it and coming indirectly is the best way to send it. Our premier can reference these concerns and say how they tie his hands.

Okay, now I think the game is on, lines have been drawn and the ROF moves forward.
