Cliffs also saves by being, or having a branch incorporated, in Canada by having much lower corporate taxes.

Unless I am mistaken, some canadian provinces have taxes as low as half of some US states.

The money they save should help pay for the difference in electricity costs but that seems to not get mentioned.

Our politicians must be asleep at the job of selling Canada's virtues, unless their aim is to sell cheap, oil as example?
