It is ALL negotiations going on everywhere, nothing said, reported and spoken by FNs, Governments and companies will be what they really mean behind closed doors. We won't have Cliffs saying, "we want to build this mine and are willing to pay and do whatever you ask" Back and forth it will go. What I get a sence of is I think everybody wants this to work out quicker than usual so instead of stating something and waiting for thinking and study from the other sides, there is real steady dialoge going on. No sign of a blockade yet means they are talking with FNs. When one walks away, talks will continue, till that one returns, when the eight different sides walk away from each other, then it could be years, if they don't, it will be on schedule. Noront is at the table but not tied to it. I think they can proceed without the major player but would prefer to be hooked onto the train. Coasting in the draft.
