Message: Cliff’s “All Weather Road” into RoF

Mark, why would an "all weather road" (all season road?) obviate the need for power at the mine site?

from Noront's PA: "a diesel power plant would be located near Webequie and a transmission line would provide power at the mine site".

And (anyone ?) is the diesel plant to be installed near Webequie in addition to the one going in there? It does sound like it. I thought that one was to have sufficient power over and above Webequie's requirements to service Noront. I think it was Crazy Trade who explained that the Webequie diesel plant was an interim measure to fill the several years gap before hydro power could be brought in.

With the ferrachrome faclities' power needs also critical, it appears that the whole power issue is slated to become a make or break factor for developing the ROF in this cycle.

O.F.
