"Work on Cliffs and get them to start working on public relations in the north or they won't be mining any chromite"

I can't imagine anything more advantageous for CLF than the present situation. After all, who wants to hang with a stock that can't seem to develop any steam. NOT just becomes an easier target. Get the investors really po'd and they'll take any little premium just to get a few pennies extra and move on. If you feel this way or have thought this give a green thumb to weigh in.

When CLF has what it wants it could just turn all pleasant and nice and court the FN. They just have to put in a little time and voila.
