After looking at House 99 in many diferent stocks I have seen the same trading behavour and have come to the conclusion it is an venture index fund....It is likely a computerized program which constantly adjusts their position based on the fund partisipation and weighting.

This would explain the irrational buying and selling and lack of profitable trading and huge buy/sell ratio... Heck if I bought and sold 17 million shares in any company and didn't make money I would move on to a different stock.
