Both provincial and federal governments are due for elections---the harper government is coming out with a budget late feb. or early march---if both governments are serious about infurstruture money for northern ontario --road and rail electricity---the feds should have something in the budget early march--so we would likely also get ---and annoucement from the Maguinty government at the same time---after all both governments want jobs and (votes)--HHAAAHHHH----lets see if it happens---happy
