I would imagine because we are not doing anymore deep drilling we will be able to put lots of drill holes in the ground and move the drills around. With the deep drilling it took months to drill even one hole so in that case you ended up have a number of drills immobilized with the new program you can put a 300-500 m hole in the ground quickly and move on. Also i imagine Noront learned alot from the deep drilling blunder and has choosen to go with drillers that know what they are doing and can produce significant meterage without losing holes.
