I always find the much ritarded availability of short listings laughable in this day of fast information. Well....it should come as no surprise in a rigged system. These numbers for NOT are revealing. Expectations given NOT's sp positioning are favourable to an upward spike. Let's see..... they'll find something at AT12 suddenly and all manner of poop will hit the fan. That's my story and I'm gonna hold to it.
