Doubt it. It'll have nothing to do with any exhibition. It will come out when it is appropriate for other issues. Shows have had very little to do with NOT stepping up to the plate. NOT will show when it will be politically, economically and tactically appropriate to do so....whether we like it or not....when ever that will be. One also can't rule out external factors forcing their hand.
