Actually this topic was frequently posted about in the Nemis days and sporadically thereafter. Every now and then I place a reminder post that NOT will very likely be about the PMs. The fact is that the media until lately, hasn't been interested in placing that tag on NOT, or any other for that matter. It would also seem that the ROF couldn't get any attention until the big US brother came up and breathed the word Cr. Now it's the first word mentioned and all of the politicians are falling over it trying to secure votes. Long story short, people will only mention what they wish to be mentioned in the interest of self-interest. NOT has been very successful at minimizing their sex appeal and all will have to wait until the reasoning is revealed or becomes apparent.
