Second part is that it is fairly distant from the ore source as is Thunder Bay. So I say Nakina with it's nearness for a brand new plant. Expensive at first but one has to look at the savings over time, and it will be a long time. Nakina is the most economical plan imho. It also works towards developing an area that sorely needs it, don't forget the natives. So it has to be a high priority for the province as a whole. If there is news that is in common between Cliffs and Noront it is the transportation route. Not much room for anything else unless they smoked a peace pipe together and are about to partner on a chromite smelter, where ever. Just my speculation.
