and I've said it before.... NOT's big move comes from lab reports on the PMs. Owing to lab time taken, it's my opinion that extensive testing is being done for other goodies in addition to Ni. Everyone knows we have Ni and they should know about the PMs too...but it will be the quality and quantity that will finally float this boat. The Ni won't hurt either.
