The Minister was interviewed on CBC Radio and speaks a lot about the ROF. If you go to CBC.ca The Great Northwest Michael Gravelle you then should be able to pull up his complete interview, it runs for some 12 minutes. "Substantial announcement early in the near year regarding the ROF"
