The OSC is not geared to catch these guys, they are to good at what they do. At best they will only catch the little guy. Its like a poker game, the guy with most of the chips at the table will always control the game. And after the latest shake out you can bet someone has most of the chips at the Noront table and is controling how this game is going to be played, right now they are taking out anyone that is willing to play. THAJMHO, but with the volume they move across the table they just absorb the shares that are being played. The trick is to stay in the game till the trump card is played.
