Merry Christmas....This year not much went right. We burned the potatoes, we burned the turkey, we burned the gravy (all just slightly, still edible) we set off the fire alarm, and we had triffle soup instead of triffle, the whipped cream did not whip. We dropped the roasting pan on the kitchen floor and by mistake I threw out 36 Montreal bagels in a shopping bag that I thought was garbage.

As a result, the wine flowed freely, and we all agreed that next year we will all go on a cruise together and leave the cooking and cleanup to others.

I am positive that no one had as successful a Christmas as I did. Here's to a successful New Year, and if you would like to join us for Beef Braciole, you are welcome. I am catering......:).
