For all the complaints about the compensation that I've seen here over the past few months, it appears that there is a whole lot of unhappiness but very little focus or action.
If people are really unhappy, then maybe someone should research the email contact information for each member of the Board of Directors, and post it here. Then, anyone who wishes to make their feelings known about compensation levels could email the Board of Directors directly. That would be much more effective than posting here, in terms of putting pressure on to change the situation. Also, it would probably be good emotional catharsis, and make you feel more like you're doing something about the issue.
