I'm going to do a bit of stirring here myself, if I may.

Crazytrade is the only one this morning that has taken the time to add a few facts to their statement about salaries. The rest are mostly blowing smoke out of their ears.

As he says, if they can get the SP up to 3 dollars, Wes stands to receive 1.4 m bonus. In that event he will also be putting an additional 400 million in share value into the shareholders hands. Seems a pretty fair trade to me. Hell, I'd even consent to him doubling it, if that is what it takes.
