What you state is that tax selling time is not yet over. There are stragglers.
Until it is all over we will not see full freedom from the selling. What we see now is just an occasional sp lift due to majority having done their selling.
Once done there will be the lack of news to keep us down. It is a question as to how influential the lack of news will be on sp.
The volumes traded are an indication to me of them replacing the shares they sold to get the sp to this level, needless to say it must be at a profit to them.
A possible second group of buyers are likely to be those that woke up to the potential value and reactiong to the highly undervalued sp.
As to whom are those that are left selling now?
Most likely institutions in financial difficulty that must sell to show $s on their year end financial statements and possibly avoiding bankruptcy.
