Well I suppose it has to happen some time......it didn't happen over the last 3 years. I personally don't think we'll see it this year. If NOT was ready to spring and they were actually trying to play tactically, I suspect they would wait for the new year, which for some reason, is a psycho. point for the market as opposed to the shutdown for the year. But then, when has NOT ever been terribly predictable?
