Thanks for that. I am paraphasing; She also said that her office would be working for the next year on getting the necessary environmental concerns dealt with so the infrastructure work can proceed. She did not explain what she meant by infrastructure.

Her comments were difficult to hear on the radio, perhaps those who are good with computers can pull up what she said on the CBC Thunder Bay 7:30 (eastern time) news.
