IF an open pit for the chromite is approved then the rail can see if it can be approved but I think all ways will be tackled together and the pipeline will work as well as rail, just many years ahead of the finished rail/pit product. The lack of mine and mining knowledge is strange from so many who invest in mines and the exploration for them.
