Here is my take on the whole deal. Noront has always had something up their sleeve. Now they have come out with the "pipeline". My belief is they will use the pipeline and create an underground mine. This will be better for the environment vs. the open pit mine and railroad. This will appease the natives and environmentalists.

I believe that they will be up and operating before any of the permits for the RR and open pit mines are approved. I think this has been their game plan all along. Hence the cocky attitude. Again this is my opinion.
