Hi....can someone shed some light for me? What am I missing with NOT and Probe?

Why is Probe about $0.60/share higher than NOT? The only obvious answer (to me & I maybe missing something) is they have about 1/5 (approx) of the shares outstanding

NOT has 11 million tonnes of Nickel, chrome, gold, iums and one of the largest (if not the largest) land holdings' in the RoF.

Can someone with a lot more knowledge/experience help me?
