Talking about Dundee, on the color Chart, there are some claims identified as being jointly owned by Noront and a numbered corporation, 6897631 Canada Inc. The colored square in the legend to the left is light brown or beige, and I can't be sure of where the jointly held claims are exactly. You should have a look anyway.
The interesting thing is that the BoD of this numbered corporation is composed of Ned Goodman, Lucie Presot and Sivan Fox, respectively CEO, CFO and VP-Legal of Dundee Corporation (DCA). I see no reference to that partnership in the last MD & A nor the last Financial Statements, and this corporation, while still in existence, is defaulted as to the last 2 Annual reports to Industry Canada.
I don't know if anybody here have some insight about this JV holding of Noront?
